How to treat sun pigmentation after summer vacation

🌞 After amazing days at the beach, it is normal to notice pigmentation on our skin due to sun exposure.

Freckles or dark spots! Unpleasant, right?

Let's follow some effective skin care tips to erase unwanted age spots and restore your glow!

🌺 1. Cleansing and soothing

Start with a gentle cleanser that removes impurities without drying out the skin. Look for ingredients like green tea, licorice, or chamomile, which are known for their soothing properties.

🌺 2. Exfoliate regularly

Exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells and allows better penetration of skin care products. Choose gentle exfoliants with ingredients like AHA (glycolic acid) or BHA (salicylic acid). These help reduce pigmentation and brighten the skin.

🌺 3. Hydration and recovery

Hydration is key! Use a hydrating toner with ingredients like hyaluronic acid and snail mucin. They not only hydrate, but also repair damaged skin.

🌺 4. Treat pigmentation with serums

Serums are a powerful tool for treating pigmentation. Look for serums with ingredients like:
🧪 Niacinamide : Reduces the appearance of dark spots and evens out skin tone.
🧪 Vitamin C : A powerful antioxidant that brightens the skin and reduces pigmentation.
🧪 Arbutin: A natural skin lightener that helps fade dark spots.
🧪 Glabridin: Licorice extract is a natural whitening agent.

🌺 5. Hydrate and protect

Seal it all in with a moisturizer . Ingredients like ceramides and centella asiatica (cica) are fantastic for healing and strengthening the skin barrier.

🌺 6. Sun protection is mandatory!

Never skip sunscreen! This is the most important step in preventing further pigmentation. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 50+ and reapply every 2 hours if you are in the sun.

And something very important - CONSISTENCY! With these steps and the right products, you can achieve that radiant, even complexion.
