Collection: Normal Skin

🌿 Normal skin - what does it mean and how to take care of it?

If you have normal skin, you're one of the lucky ones – no oiliness, no extreme dryness, no sensitivity or irritation. But that doesn't mean that care isn't important! Skin changes over time, and the right routine can maintain balance, freshness and delay the first signs of aging.

If you're starting now: a mini routine for normal skin

Start with a light but effective basic routine.

💡 Remember: add a new product at intervals of at least 5–7 days to observe how your skin reacts.

Steps:

  1. Cleansing – non-aggressive gel/foam that does not dry out
  2. Hydrating toner/essence – to maintain moisture
  3. Lightweight hydrating cream – to seal in moisture
  4. Sun protection in the morning – even if your skin looks “problem-free”

Example: If you're just starting out – choose a toner, cream, and SPF. Cleansing is usually already part of your routine.

Age-appropriate care

20+ – Prevention and maintenance of natural balance

At this stage, the goal is to maintain what you already have: healthy, fresh, and balanced skin.

What to include in the routine

  • Cleaning product
  • Light essence or toner with hydrating ingredients (hyaluronic acid, panthenol)
  • Gel-cream or fluid (no heavy oils)
  • SPF every day
  • Optional: gentle exfoliant once a week (enzyme or PHA)

30+ – Antioxidant boost and light anti-aging care

The first fine lines appear and collagen synthesis slows down. The skin is still “normal” but needs more protection and hydration.

What to add:

  • Serum with niacinamide or vitamin C in the morning (brightening effect)
  • Light emulsion or cream with peptides/ceramides in the evening
  • Still stick to gentle cleansing and moisturizing formulas

40+ – Regeneration and firming

Here we are already talking about deep nourishment, restoring elasticity and strengthening the skin barrier.

What to add:

  • Nourishing serum or ampoule with peptides, fermented ingredients, or collagen
  • A richer night cream or balm
  • Essence with enzymes or glycerin base for deep hydration
  • Anti-aging eye cream
  • Optional: retinol/bakuchiol – gradually, 1–2 times a week
